About Go City

Since day one Go City’s mission has been to conveniently unlock all of a city’s the best sights on a single pass that offers incredible savings. With this mission in mind, Andrew Grahame and Angus Ranike founded Leisure Pass Group in London, England and launched its first product, The London Pass, in 1999.

Across the pond, in 2002, Cecilia Dahl and Kevin McLaughlin founded Smart Destinations in Boston, MA and subsequently launched Explorer sightseeing passes in Boston and several other cities, including San Francisco, Philadelphia, San Diego, Chicago, Orlando, Miami, Los Angeles, Paris, and Oahu. After more than a decade of expansion across Europe and North America, Leisure Pass Group and Smart Destinations merged, creating Go City in 2016. Go City now unlocks access to more than 1,500 attractions, tours, and activities in 25+ destinations across four continents.

As the leading sightseeing pass in the world with 60% of global market share, Go City has transformed the way people see and experience the world’s greatest destinations. Go City’s passes are unique in that they unlock access to not only typical bucket-list landmarks, but also mind-blowing magic shows, off-the-beaten-path walking tours, quirky landmarks and museums, spas and massages, cooking and cultural craft classes, as well as action-packed adventures like jet-skiing, helicopter tours and zip-lining, all hand-picked by local destination experts.

To meet the needs of travelers, Go City offers four pass types. The All-Inclusive Pass and Pass Plus offer an unlimited number of free, one-time entries to attractions throughout the duration of the pass, while the Explorer Pass and Essentials Pass offer free, one-time entry to a chosen number of attractions for 30 days. All passes include easy entry, additional discounts at attraction cafes, gift shops, and more.
